Jaks Gold King Leo, aka "King", is a 1979 red dun roan stallion, a direct son of Easter 86 Jakpot out of a Leo Bingo (AAA - AQHA Chp.) bred mare. 1979-2004.

"King's" sire was Easter 86 Jakpot  a full brother to the great HOLLYWOOD JAC 86......and his dam was a mare named Red Leo's Roanie, who was a great-grand-daughter of Leo Bingo (AAA-AQHA Chp.) who was sired by LEO.

Her dam also goes back to King Ranch bloodlines, including Chubby T. P-1105 a grandson of Old Sorrel, and to Joe Bailey P-4, and Old Jim P-10. She is also the dam to the 1998 Red Dun Stallion sired by Jaks Leo Easter Gold (aka "Blondy"), shown in the "Horses For Sale" section.
Two full sisters out of an own daughter of JAKS GOLD KING LEO....and sired by AQHA CHAMPION, Benito Bar Mark.

This gelding is a FULL BROTHER to Jaks Gold King Leo and was trained by Tim McQuay and owned and shown by Jim Robin, Minnesota, and placed 10th in the 1987 NRHA Futurity; 4th in the SWRHA Futurity; 6th at the 1988 NRHA Derby and 1st at the NRHA Lazy E Classic in 1988 - all in the Non-Pro Division. He has been exported to Japan.
